Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
  • Please Note: During high-volume seasonal periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we meticulously package your products to ensure zero leaks or damage.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Only: We only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO: We do ship to PO Boxes and military addresses via standard shipping, though delivery times may take slightly longer than estimated above.
  • Local Pickup/Delivery: Please note that we operate entirely online to maintain our strict quality and fulfillment standards. We do not offer local pickup or local delivery options at our warehouse locations.

Order Tracking Details

Once your order has left our facility, we want to ensure you can monitor its journey directly to your kitchen counter.

  • When your order ships, you will receive an automatic Shipment Confirmation Email containing a dedicated tracking number and a link to trace your package.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update and become active on the carrier’s network.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

  • Order Changes & Cancellations: Because our fulfillment team works quickly to process and pack your items, we can only accommodate order modifications or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please reach out immediately to our support team via our Contact Us page.
  • Damaged or Lost Packages: Our culinary oils are packed securely, but accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if it is lost by the carrier, please email our support team within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged packaging, and we will immediately arrange a replacement or refund.

Potential Service Interruptions

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, shipments may occasionally experience delays due to variables outside of our control (such as severe weather events, carrier backlogs, or national holidays). We will proactively communicate any known systemic delays on our homepage or via email if your order is directly affected.
